When should I RSVP by?

I saw there is a vegetarian option on the RSVP card... what if I'm not a vegetarian? What will I eat?

Answer

Our venue entrees consist of a meat and seafood portion so you don't need to choose! Please alert us if you are allergic to or cannot have red meat or seafood.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We will have a shuttle running from downtown Charlottesville to our wedding venue at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards. Please check out our Travel & Accommodations page mid-September for all the info you need.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards (1616, 5022 Plank Rd, North Garden, VA 22959) by 5:30 PM on Saturday, October, 12th. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6pm.

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be held on Pippin Hill's lawn. Please be advised the grass is not heel friendly.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. If you get cold easily, please consider bringing a light jacket or shawl for the outdoor portion of the night.
