Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we plan to have the ceremony outdoors with the reception indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is black-tie optional. Tuxedos and long gowns preferred as well as dark suits and cocktail dresses.

Will we be walking in grass?

Answer

Not unless you want to explore. While the venue does sit on 22-acres, we will be hosting our event in an area that is intended to keep your shoes clean. Wear that pair you love!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, this is an adults-only celebration. Consider it one night off duty!

Will I need to bring cash?

Answer

An open bar is provided for all guests over 21. You may want to consider bringing cash if you'd like to tip the bartender or participate in the Polish Apron Dance.

What is the Polish Apron Dance?

Answer

A fast-paced Polish wedding tradition where guests pay to dance with the bride or groom. Instead of the traditional pinning of the money, we will ask guests to toss their contributions into the apron.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that you do not bring a date unless discussed ahead of time.

Are you having an "Unplugged" ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we kindly ask that you silence or turn off your devices and that you leave your cameras at home. We have invited you to be present in the moment and have hired professional photographers to capture the moment.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guest arrival at the venue is 4:00PM. All guests are responsible for personal items that are brought to the venue.

How do you feel about posts on social media?

Answer

Please refrain from posting pictures of the event and us, as the couple, until we have had the chance to share first. Should you'd like to share a selfie of you and your partner, we totally get it!
