Arrival: 03/02/20223 - Check in is 3PM Rooms will be assigned upon your arrival. -- Departure: 03/06/2023-Check out is 11AM We will be leaving on a flight mid-day and will schedule transportation from the venue to SJO in the morning (exact time TBD). -- The venue is about 2hrs away from the airport. We will set up two transportation options for arrival day and departure day. If you arrive outside of the scheduled windows, JacoVIP will handle booking your transportation, but you will be responsible for the cost.
