We recommend semi-formal attire for the wedding. The ceremony will be held in a covered outdoor space (weather permitting). Dancing shoes are a must!!
We will be offering a delicious vegetarian meal choice. If you have any other dietary restrictions or preferences please let us know on your RSVP and our venue will be more than happy to accomodate.
For the enjoyment of parents we are requesting an adults-only night. If you are traveling with children and would like assistance with local childcare options please reach out to the couple.

We will have two shuttles from the hotel prior to the ceremony and a few shuttles returning to the hotel after the reception. There is also parking at Rivercrest and cars can be parked there overnight.
The reception will end at 11pm but the party never ends! Everyone is welcome to join us back at the Courtyard Hotel for drinks at the cash bar and to continue the party at the hotel fire pits.
