Virginia has lifted restrictions and now allows indoor/outdoor events up to 100 people. The mask requirement has also been lifted for fully vaccinated individuals. We encourage you to take whatever precautions you feel appropriate. We're planning to have less than 30% of the venue's capacity and to utilize the venue's outdoor patio and lawn area as much as possible. We will also leave the windows and doors open if the weather permits.
We have a small shuttle that will be transporting guests from hotels to and from the wedding on Saturday. If you did not indicate interest in the shuttle on your RSVP, please text Jill (540-309-5808) and let us know that you would like to take the shuttle. Shuttle Schedule: 4:10pm - Pick up at the Hyatt Place Roanoke Airport (5040 Valley View Blvd NW, Roanoke, VA) 4:30pm - Pick up at the Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown (27 Church Ave SE, Roanoke, VA) **Please ensure that you're at the designated stops PRIOR to the times listed above. The shuttle will be leaving on time! Return shuttles will run throughout the night by request with the final shuttle departing at 11:00pm.

Yes, there is parking on-site for the ceremony and reception.
We are requesting cocktail attire and comfortable footwear. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting), but there will be covered space for anyone who needs to cool off. The reception will be indoors with air conditioning. Come ready to dance!

Cocktail hour should begin around 5:30 PM with hors d'oeuvre and dinner will be served around 6:45 PM. If you have any dietary restrictions, please include them with your RSVP!
