Pike & Rose
Pike & Rose is one of our favorite locations in North Bethesda to shop and dine! For any of our guests staying at Canopy by Hilton, Pike & Rose is the surrounding area of the hotel. Some of our favorite restaurants include Summer House, City Perch, Nando's Peri-Peri, and Jinya Ramen. Our favorite breakfast spots include Summer House, Call Your Mother, and of course... Starbucks!
Rio Lakefront
Rio Lakefront is our go-to location for a night out! Some of our favorite restaurants include Yard House, Uncle Julio's, and Copper Canyon Grill. Fun activities at Rio include Red Door Escape Room, Sport Rock Climbing Center, Dave and Busters, Paddle-boats on the lake, and AMC Dine-in Theater.
National Mall
The National Mall is our favorite spot to go on weekends and walk around. There are simply too many great places to recommend, so here are just a handful of our favorites. Museum recommendations: Natural History Museum, Air and Space Museum, and National Museum of American History. Monument recommendations: Lincoln Memorial, WWII Memorial, Washington Monument, and Thomas Jefferson Memorial.
Georgetown
Georgetown has an incredible waterfront view of the Potomac River, with many shops and restaurants to enjoy. A few of our favorite restaurants include Farmers Fishers and Bakers, River Club DC, and Tony and Joe's Seafood Place.
Old Town Alexandria
Old Town Alexandria is a beautiful shopping area in Virginia that has a lot of great shops and restaurants with a great waterfront view! Restaurant recommendations: Mai Thai Restaurant, Mia's Italian Kitchen, and Daniel O'Connell's Irish Restaurant & Bar.
