Where can I RSVP?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to ensure everyone has a seat, and is seated for the bridal party arrival. All guests will meet at the event barn and will be transported to the ceremony location on a shuttle. This allows time for the transportation of all guests.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that no kids are present at the ceremony or reception unless they are involved in the ceremony portion. Take this as an opportunity for a kids-free evening!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know your food allergies when you RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, it is cocktail attire. Please no white :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your RSVP specifically includes a guest, it will be outlined. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate more people than we have already accounted for.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a bus picking up and dropping off at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gettysburg. It will arrive at the hotel at 2:45 pm. After the wedding, it will pick up guests at Caboose Farm around 10:00pm and transport them back to the hotel.

Should I get a hotel or uber?

Answer

Ubers will be scarce in the area so if you plan on drinking, I would suggest having a DD or stay at the hotel.
