What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are able to arrive at the venue starting at 3:30 pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 15 minutes before the 4:00 pm start time. This will give you ample opportunity to find your seat, greet other guests, and be comfortably settled before the ceremony begins.

Are there recommended hotels and accommodations for the event?

Answer

Yes! Our venue is also a hotel/lodge with on-site accommodations, and we are hoping to secure a discounted room block for our guests. Once we have a better estimate of accommodations needed, we’ll share booking details, rates, and additional information with our formal invitations.

What is the dress code?

We’re asking guests to dress in semi-formal attire. Feel free to wear anything from tuxes and gowns to suits, jackets, and cocktail dresses.

We invite you to be fully present during our ceremony. Our professional photographers will beautifully capture every special moment, allowing you to relax and immerse yourself in the celebration of our love.

Yes! Beer, wine, and select cocktails as well as non-alcoholic beverages will be available during the reception. We encourage everyone to celebrate responsibly so that all guests can enjoy the evening comfortably and safely.

Yes, we warmly welcome guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions. Simply notify us in advance to ensure your dining experience is both safe and enjoyable.
