Are beach badges required on the beach?

Answer

Yes! In Jersey, most beaches require beach badges to be on the beach. Weekly and daily badges can be purchased either from a township building or a beach badge checker on the beach. Ensure you have cash on you (they usually are $10/day).

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress in Summer Formal Attire. See our “Attire” page for inspiration. Floor length or tea length gowns and suit and ties. Colorful hues are encouraged!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The majority of our wedding will be covered! The ceremony will be held in the Boathouse Chapel, which is covered but the chapel doors will be open to the outside breeze. Cocktail “Hour” will be a combination of outside and inside on a covered porch. The reception will be held inside!

What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive to the venue early. Traffic around the Estate will be heavy due to the holiday weekend. For those taking our shuttles, please refer to the “Schedule” page for details on when the shuttles will depart.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the Estate. If driving, please ensure you are responsible with alcohol consumption!

If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be indicated on your RSVP! We appreciate your understanding in advance!
