To book online go to www.hotelballast.com and enter the requested dates. A screen will come up with a box for the code (SLW). You can enter the code up until the Cutoff Date of Tuesday, 9/24/2019 and receive our special rate. After the cut-off date, please note the group rate will no longer be valid. Keep in mind if you want to come a day early or stay a day late, you may not be able to make the reservation online. If that happens just call the hotel directly Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm (910) 763-5900 and ask for Reservations. They will check availability of the discounted rate. Check-in is at 4pm. If arriving on Friday, consider asking for early check-in.

If you choose to rent a home or condo for the festivities, we recommend that you stay on Wrightsville Beach or in Wilmington. These locations will keep you close to the top attractions in the greater Wilmington area (e.g., the breach) while keeping you relatively close to the venue which is located in downtown Wilmington.

Wilmington International Airport (ILM)

American Airlines, United, and Delta all fly in and out of Wilmington International Airport Daily. ILM has daily, direct flights from Atlanta (ATL), Charlotte (CLT), Chicago (ORD), Dallas Fort Worth (DFW), New York City (LGA), Philadelphia (PHL), and Washington (DCA and IAD).
