When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive and be seated before 4:30 pm.

Is the beach ceremony rain or shine?

Answer

Our contract with Mother Nature is signed and sealed! But if she does not deliver, the ceremony will be held at The Mainland in the stunning Terrace Room at 5:30 pm. We will update our website if that is the case.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome to attend the ceremony. We love your kiddos, but the reception is a kid-free event 😁

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies. There are 3 dinner options as well as a vegetarian option.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking at both the ceremony and reception locations.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation to and from the ceremony, except for the bridal party. There is plenty of parking at the ceremony location and there are many Lyft/Uber drivers in the area as well.
