PARKING !! PLEASE READ !

Wedding ceremony & reception is on private property. The address will direct you into a gated community and parking will be on the street side all along the property. Please be mindful of neighbors when parking on the street. There will be signs to direct you to the ceremony & we will have golf carts available for those that don’t want to hoof it up. For family and friends that live in Minden/Gardnerville please consider carpooling! Any further questions please reach out to bride or groom.

What time should I arrive?

Wedding ceremony starts at 3pm. Please start showing up between 2:15 and 2:30pm to ensure enough time for parking, enjoying a welcome cocktail and grabbing your seats.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Dressy casual, western attire, or formal attire. Whatever feels comfortable for you. If you'd like to dress with our color theme, then consider natural or earthy tones, such as sage greens, different shades of brown and tans, or rustic colors. Have fun with it as there will be professional photographers and videographers capturing the moments of the whole day, so dress to impress!

Can I bring my kids?

Little ones are more than welcome to join but we do encourage a “parents night out” by getting a babysitter and letting loose for the night.

Weather Precaution

We are getting married outdoors in the foothills which means the ceremony and reception will be held outside. As most of you know, Nevada weather can change rapidly with no heads up, please come prepared with jackets, coats, and umbrella's in case of rain.

Answer
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience. We also have a wedding registry and that can be found by clicking the “registry” tab.
