What about COVID?

Answer

We pushed back our original wedding date from April to October due to the outbreak. We are overjoyed vaccines have allowed us to begin to return to a post-pandemic world. If you are able to receive a vaccine please do so before our wedding. We have made changes due to Delta to ensure our guests remain safe and healthy. Masks will be required for guests within the Town Hall for the wedding ceremony. Outdoor seating will be available for anyone who prefers not to wear a mask or sit in open air. Our reception will be outside and is a five minute walk from the wedding ceremony. Can't wait to celebrate with you!

How long should I stay?

Answer

Please stay as long as you can! Wedding events will take place Wednesday through Saturday and we will post updates on our Schedule page as the details are finalized. Our immediate families are arriving in Rosemary on Monday and will be soaking up the sun all week - please join us if able! Most houses must be rented for a minimum of four nights. We recommend guests book Wednesday - Sunday. The homes are not available until 4 PM the day of check in. We are aware of many guests golfing on Thursday. Please let us know if interested and we can help coordinate pairings.

What's the weather like?

What should I pack?

Answer

Layers, sunscreen, and your swimsuit are all musts! The sun will be strong during the day but at night temperatures drop so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for the evenings.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids and are very excited to vacation with them! Children are invited to all informal events and the Beach Bonfire on Saturday night. However, we ask that you arrange for a sitter for the Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party and Wedding. Rosemary Beach Concierge offers a baby sitter service - https://rosemarybeach.com/concierge

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is some parking, but we encourage walking if staying within the Rosemary Beach community.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

We do not recommend renting a car. Rosemary is a small, pedestrian friendly beach town. The city and surrounding areas are extremely walkable. Bikes will also be included in your rental if utilizing the recommended booking company. A car is truly only needed to transport guests to and from the airport.

How do I get around Rosemary?

Answer

WALK Once you arrive in Rosemary, getting around is easy. Walking is the best and most fun way to transport yourself. The city is extremely pedestrian - friendly and small enough that you will never need to take a cab - even at night. BIKE Beach cruisers will be included in your rental if utilizing Rosemary Cottage Beach Rentals. Alys, Inlet, and one of our favorite donut shops are all within biking and walking distance. UBER For those that prefer door-to-door service, Uber and Lyft are available on a very limited basis.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

No, it's not needed! We recommend all guests stay in Rosemary which is within walking distance of the Town Hall. For guests staying outside of Rosemary, there is limited parking available and Uber/Lyft/Taxis.

What will I eat?

Answer

Many meals and drinks will be provided throughout the weekend, however your house may wish to either stop at the Publix en route to Rosemary from ECP airport or place a grocery deliver order (850) 233-4392. There is a small market in Rosemary for any additional needs. Please see the "Things To Do" page for our favorite restaurants and bars in the area!
