When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is gift enough! However - if you would still like to bring a gift, that is whole-heartedly appreciated as well. We are not registered anywhere specific so please bring whatever you'd like - but keep in mind the physical constraints of air travel as we'll need to transport everything back to California :)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The festivities begin at 4:30 pm with drinks and appetizers in the foyer outside of Ballroom Salons A-C, followed by dinner and dancing.

Will the reception be indoors?

Answer

Yes, the reception will be indoors in Ballroom Salons A-C on the ground floor. The Marriott will have signage on the day of the reception to direct guests to the correct location.

What kind of food will be served for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet-style and will offer both Indian and non-Indian food, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Please let us know of any specific dietary restrictions with your RSVP.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar offering beer, wine and spirits. Wine will also be poured table-side during dinner. Note the bar will close briefly between 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm to allow our guests to be seated for dinner. The bar will close at 9:30 pm near the end of the evening.

Will there be assigned seating?

The bride and groom will have a reserved table with their parents; all other tables will be open seating.

Dinner will be served buffet-style at approximately 6:30 pm.

Are masks required?

At this time, masks are optional. We will have some extra available at the reception so please ask if you've forgotten yours.

What COVID protocols will be in place?

Answer

The reception will be indoors with approximately 50 guests. Although there will be space to spread out, maintaining strict social distancing may not be possible. Masks are optional and there will be some available at the reception if needed. We will have a few rapid tests available - please email the bride (jthaker72@gmail.com) or groom (accclyne @gmail.com) directly if one is needed.
