Thriftopia is a not-for-profit providing paid prevocational training employment for intellectually and/or developmentally disabled employees through the COF program. Not only could you find your next treasure, but you are supporting a mission close to the bride's heart!
Gun Guys II
If you know the groom, you know his go-to hobby is hunting and shooting! Whether it's deer season or just using the range, his place of purchase is Gun Guys II! If you share a similar hobby, you should check them out! Not only do they have quality firearms, but also house an indoor shooting range. We respect their knowledge and commitment to safety, making them one of our go-to places of business when shopping local!
Plaza Cinema
We are big fans of a classic date night! Our go-to is a dinner and a movie!! We highly encourage you check out the Plaza 1907 if you're looking for something to do! This theater is extra special because in 2018, it was recognized as the Oldest Continuously Operating Theater in the World by the Guinness Book of World Records!!
Corner Market
Don’t stand between the bride and her coffee! If you are anything like her, you’ll love one of her favorite spots in the heart of downtown. She's also become a regular at another local spot called Mug Shot Coffee (also downtown) and Starbucks.
Nagoya Steaks & Sushi
Looking for a good dinner spot? Check out the groom's favorite stop in Ottawa! Both the bride and groom often find themselves grabbing sushi or habachi for dinner whether it be a night in or a double date night out! Fun fact, the bride met the groom's parents for the first time here!!
