What is the dress code/como me visto?

Answer

The venue is a ranch with dirt, animals, and red pine nuggets on the grounds which can stain long dresses (RIP my wedding gown). We recommend block heels or even better, charro/vaquero boots! It may get chilly at night so bring a shall, light jacket, or denim jacket if you would like to fit the theme. El lugar es un rancho con tierra, animales y pepitas de pino rojo en el terreno que pueden manchar los vestidos largos (mi pobre vestido de novia). ¡Recomendamos tacones de bloque o incluso mejores, botas charro / vaquero! Puede hacer frío por la noche, así que traiga un chaleco, una chaqueta ligera o una chaqueta de mezclilla si desea.

Will there be transportation provided/ hay transporte?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation provided to and from the venue for guests. The pick up points will be located at the (2) hotels. If you are not staying at the hotel, feel free to ride-share to one of the hotels to be picked up. See Travel/Transportation tab for schedule and addresses of hotels. If you miss the pick up at the scheduled time, you will either have to wait for the next pick up or if it is the last pick up then you will need to arrange a ride share. From the venue at the end of the night there will be transportation back to the pick up points (schedule provided at venue and on Transportation tab). Sí, se proporcionará transporte hacia y desde el lugar para los invitados. Los puntos de recogida se ubicarán en los (2) de los hoteles. Si no se hospeda en el hotel, comparte el viaje a uno de los hoteles para ser recogido. Consulte el enlace de Viajes / Transporte para ver el horario. Do I need to bring cash/necesito traer dinero en efectivo?

Answer

You do not need cash for alcohol as it is an open bar. You may want to bring cash to tip our lovely bartenders. You may bring cash in an envelope to gift us. More importantly, absolutely bring cash to take part in the "Dance of the Dollar." This is a Mexican tradition where you would pin your cash you wish to gift to us to our clothes and dance with us. Please share a dance with us! No necesita dinero en efectivo para el alcohol, ya que es un bar abierto. Es posible que desee traer efectivo para dar propina a nuestros encantadores camareros. Puede traer efectivo en un sobre para regalarnos también. Más importante aún, traiga dinero en efectivo para participar en el "Baile del Dolar". Esta es una tradición mexicana en la que depositaría su efectivo que desea regalarnos a nuestra ropa y bailará con nosotros. ¡Por favor comparte un baile con nosotros!

Do I need to choose a meal/entree or let you know my dietary restrictions? / ¿Debo elegir una comida / plato principal o hacerle saber mis restricciones dietéticas?

Answer

No! We will not be offering plated individual meals. You can choose what you would like to eat from the onsite food options. We are offering alternative options as well so there will be food for everyone! Feel free to disclose any allergy or dietary need with us to assure we order accurately. ¡No! No ofreceremos comidas individuales plateadas. Puede elegir lo que le gustaría comer de las opciones de comida en el lugar. ¡También ofrecemos opciones alternativas de carne para que haya comida para todos!

What procedures are in place for Covid-19?

Answer

This is the advise we'd like to provide as we have so much anxiety going into making our wedding happen: Please bring and plan on wearing a mask to wear to the ceremony and to wear at reception when you are not eating or drinking. All staff at the venue and vendors working at the venue will be wearing masks throughout the entirety of the night. Food service will require guests to get out of their seats one table at a time to be served by our vendor (not a buffet). The venue is outside for the entire event. The tables will be spread across the ranch grounds. We will try to sit less at a table to promote social distancing while eating. Wear a mask on the dance floor. Get tested or quarantine before attending. Wash your hands as often as possible. You get one drink cup to keep and use all night for your beverages. We will have hand sanitizer available.
