What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:30pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Where and when is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Wakefield Estate in Bright, Ontario. Ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The entire wedding is outdoor! There will be heaters under the tent. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be uncovered.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking available on-site.

Are there hotel options for guests coming from out of town or abroad?

Answer

Yes! We've booked a hotel block at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre — full details can be found under the Travel tab.

Will there be a shuttle bus provided?

Answer

Yes! A complimentary shuttle service will be available for guests staying at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre, as well as for those who choose to park there. The shuttle will transport guests to the venue and return to the hotel at the end of the evening. Shuttle pick-up and return times will be listed under the Travel section of our website.

Yes — children in our families and specifically named on the invitation are welcome!

When will I receive my invitation and when do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent out in January, and we kindly ask that all guests RSVP by February 28 through our wedding website under the RSVP tab.
