What's the dress code?

Answer

Formal party; suits and gowns...that you can dance in! The ceremony and party will be open air, so make sure to dress warm enough for February in Miami (about 75F to 55F). Ladies, keep in mind that the ceremony and reception will be fully outdoors so stilettos are far from ideal.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4pm. If you arrive past 4:15pm, we may not be able to share this moment with you, so please arrive on time!

How can I buy you a toaster?

Answer

You can't. We've been cooking together for years and decided not to set up a registry! Instead, we ask any loved ones who want to give to please contribute to our Starting Our Lives Together Fund on the Registry page (fund towards a down payment on our first home!) or bring an envelope to the party.

Should I drive to the venue?

Answer

Absolutely! Since the venue is about 45 minutes south of Miami and the party will include an open bar, car pooling, ridersharing, or staying in the area may make partying simpler.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event (aside from those bearing rings or flowers) so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and reception and post them on social media?

Answer

We hired excellent photographers and videographers to capture the special moments of our ceremony and reception. Be present and enjoy the ceremony, and the professionals will capture you enjoying the moment with us. We promise to share all the pictures of the ceremony with everyone. As far as cocktail and reception, take all the pictures you'd like, AND tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HappilyEverGlasser, to make sure we get to see them too!
