Covid 19?

Although we are not asking for proof of a negative covid test or a vaccination card, we do ask that if you are not vaccinated to please wear a mask. If not only to protect yourself but to protect everyone around you. Please DO NOT come if you are feeling sick of any kind. Thank you

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Respectfully, kids will not be allowed at the wedding, unless specified by the bride or groom.

Can I bring a date?

We wish we could accommodate everyone on our special day, that unfortunately will not be possible. That being said we can only accommodate invited guest and a plus one if it is specified when you RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes. There will be a shuttle bus provided at the hotel.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 17, 2021 If you do not RSVP by this time you can not attend the wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes. There is plenty of parking at the venue

Is there a dress code?

Yes. Formal attire/ Black tie. Please no jeans, hats, or sneakers

Yes. Please let the bride or groom know.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have rooms blocked off at The Hilton Garden Inn in Livermore.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4pm. The ceremony will start at 4:30pm

Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?

Answer

Yes. You are able to leave your car overnight. Make sure to pick it up by 10am the next day
