We are having an "unplugged ceremony", this means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent during the ceremony. We have hired a professional to capture some of the most important events of our day. We kindly ask that you try to stay out of the photographer's way so they are able to capture every magical moment. Though we would like to avoid flash photography or accidental calls during the ceremony, after the ceremony is complete, feel free to take as many photos as you would like! If you do happen to take some gorgeous pictures after the ceremony, please wait until the day after our celebration to post them so that we can take time to look at them all! We will be sure to share our ceremony photos as soon as we receive them for everyone to enjoy.
As much as we LOVE your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children. Due to limited numbers, it will be an adult only reception. We hope that you will see this as an opportunity to have a night for yourselves and enjoy the party with us. You truly deserve this!
We'd love to have our loved ones get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is black tie optional! For gentlemen, this typically means a suit, no sports jackets or jeans. Ladies, floor-length, midi-length or formal cocktail dresses are recommended. We kindly ask that you do not wear white, cream, or any shade similar to these colors as these are reserved for the bride. Additionally, we are requesting that guests do not wear navy to avoid matching the bridal party.
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! We have been fortunate enough to have wonderful friends and family who have helped us build our comfortable life. Thanks to them many of our home needs have been met and thus we will not have a registry. We sincerely appreciate anything that is gifted to us, and our goal is ultimately to purchase a home to start our newlywed life and family. Truly, thank you for your love and support.
