Things To Do

~ "Do you wanna do nothing with me?" ~

Central Park Arboretum

2525 Dale Street North, Roseville, MN 55113

Central Park Arboretum is a place that means a lot to Melody and I, both for our own reasons. We would love to recommend this place if you need a breath of fresh air and want to enjoy a short walk.

Can Can Wonderland - St. Paul

755 Prior Avenue North, Saint Paul, MN 55104

A family friendly place filled with many vintage arcade games from PAC-MAN to Street Fighter. They also have a 18-hole mini golf course and pinball machines. I for one am totally coming back to beat Tub Zoo at 'Tapper' again :p Bet! It's on! - Tub Zoo

Backstory Coffee Roasters - North Loop

528 North Washington Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55401

If you love an aesthetic pleasing place to enjoy coffee, tea, and a conversation then you have to go to this place. Parking is terrible, but it's worth the Matcha Tea Latte.

Bolé Ethiopian Cuisine - Como

1341 Pascal Street, Saint Paul, MN 55108

Tub Zoo's first time trying Ethiopian food. ... let's just say he doesn't like injera, but don't let that stop you from trying! We loved this place for it's lamb stew. Make sure you have tons of napkins cause your hands are gonna get dirty!

Mall of America®

60 East Broadway, Bloomington, MN 55425

This is for those who are guests out of state. The Mall of America might be one of the places you like to visit. They've got lots of stores, an indoor amusement park, food that's mid-tier, and lots of Pokéstops. A few fair warnings, though. The roads leading to the Mall of America can be a little confusing depending on which we you go, so navigate carefully. Also, in general, traffic is very busy, especially on the weekends. Expect lots of people and expensive things lol.

Hmong Village

1001 Johnson Parkway, Saint Paul, MN 55106

If you're coming from out of state, you must stop by Hmong Village. I'll be honest, I don't want to hype things up because I think it is overrated, but to be fair, I enjoy it. It's something to experience. There are lots of vendors selling medicine, jewelry, clothes, fresh vegetables and fruits, very unhealthy but delicious food, and many other things.
