We're Getting Married

Jesyca was new to the ship while Jesus was already stationed onboard USS America. It was Jesyca's first day, so she was touring the ship with her 1st class. Jesus just so happened to be on armed watch that day. The 1st class introduced the two and stated that OS3 Colon was in the same department as Jesyca was and that they would see each other during Quarters the next morning. Upon Quarters the next morning he had asked if she spoke any Spanish and she then proceeded to say something in Spanish that he thought was improper. From that day on when they would see each other they would help each other out with their first language, Jesus' teaching Jesyca Spanish as Jesyca was helping Jesus with his English. Over the next couple of years, the two became friends and would share advice and life events with each other. The year 2021 USS America had a 3-month deployment where they toured the South China Seas. On patrol Jesus had to teach Jesyca one of the radars for their job. They spent a lot of time together. Over 8 hours of watch a day you can imagine the conversations, laughter, cries and sometimes debates they would have. The two grew closer to each other. Once they returned back to Japan Jesus took Jesyca on a date to get their favorite food, Pizza and wine! Later Jesus told her that he wanted to show her something so they called a taxi, that would take them to the tallest mountain in Sasebo, Japan where they took in the scenery and listened to music. Before they packed their things to leave Jesus looked at Jesyca and asked her to be his girlfriend and of course she said yes! As many of you know they are both hopeless romantics that think of love as what you see in movies. Needless to say, their relationship has been filled with many adventures.
