Question

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at 1120 Hightower Trail, Sandy Springs, GA, 30350 ADA arrangements can be made with notice. Please let us know prior to the day of the wedding if you any concerns of ADA access.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP online here JesusandHannah.com/RSVP or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We are requesting that all RSVPs be submitted no later than December 10, 2023. Including meals and song requests. Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before December 10th. You can mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or simply RSVP right here on our wedding website.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/black-tie optional. We are also requesting that all guests dress in black. The bride is asking that everyone comes "dressed to impress". Although the color palette is black and white, this gives everyone a chance to get creative with accessories, texture, and hair/makeup. Think Met Gala but our wedding. Photos will be taken of all guests! We can't wait to see how amazing you all look!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

It will be late January and Atlanta is known to be quite chilly in January. Typical days are mid to low 50 degree highs and mid to low 30 degree lows. Winter coats are recommended.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will take place indoors. There will be and outdoor area with heaters for guests to enjoy.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. All guests are expected to arrive no later than 3:25 pm and no earlier than 2:30 pm. If guests arrive after 3:30 pm they will not be allowed into the ceremony area until after the ceremony is complete (~15ish minute wait) and cocktail hour has begun. Please remember to take Uber wait times, parking, and traffic into account for time. Our venue is complimentary valet parking only so please add 5-10 minutes of time to your travel for parking.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Lookout for road signage and valet. Our venue is complimentary valet only parking. Valet parking will be complimentary. Tip as you please but you do NOT have to pay for parking. We will also be providing UBER vouchers for our guests. We do not support drunk driving so please take advantage of hotel shuttles UBER and LYFT.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an ages 10 and up event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening, unless otherwise discussed. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. If you need to add a child 10 or older to your party please contact *Jesus or Hannah*

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer, spirits and our signature cocktails.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Dinner will be a full service sit down meal. Guests will be required to make their dinner selection ahead of time. You have until December 15th to decide/change your dinner. We will have a variety of options. If you have any food allergies or special diets and we do not have an option to fit your needs please notify Hannah as soon as possible.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected or required because we are fortunate to have everything we could possibly need. If you would like to give a gift the bride and groom are accepting monetary contributions to their honeymoon and home funds. Cash/Check, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay are all acceptable. You may also browse the limited registry here on Zola.

Will transportation be provided between the to and from the hotels?

Answer

UBER vouchers are available at https://r.uber.com/rYGC23Csznr (use this link) The DoubleTree by Hilton Atlanta Roswell will have a shuttle available for guests staying there.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

The wedding reception will end at 9:30 pm. We know that many of you have traveled from out of town to be here to celebrate us and we understand the importance of rest. We do not plan to keep our guests out too late but we do want them to have a good time and get plenty of rest, so there will be no after party.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour will take place in between the ceremony and reception. During cocktail hour guests will be served hors d'oeuvres. There will also be an open bar with limited sprits, beer, and wine. Guests may enjoy the photo booth, live entertainment, and outdoor space during this time.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

The bride and groom are requesting their ceremony be unplugged. We have hired wonderful photographers and a videographer that will capture all of the moments of the ceremony. However, guests are welcome to photo and video whatever they please after the conclusion of the ceremony!

Will you be live streaming your wedding?

Answer

We plan to live stream our ceremony on YouTube for our loved ones who could not make the trip!

Answer

Wedding updates will be posted to this website. Please check periodically leading up to the day of events. Important updates will show up on the top of the home page.
