What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Doors open at 2:00 Welcome drinks and invite time at 2:30 Ceremony starts at 2:45 and ends at 3:30 Please see schedule located under the schedule tab on our website

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We tried to take into consideration that many of our guest would bring a date and or whole families including kids please look at your invitation to see number of guest.....If we missed something please let us know ASAP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Jeans and a button down shirt is acceptable. At a ranch with dirt/grass so maybe rethink stilettoes

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, most of our invitees with children have their children added to their attendance number....If we missed something please let us know ASAP. There will be kid friendly food options and some kid activates.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are having food catered at the wedding and will not be able to make changes. However, please let us know any request or concerns that you may have ahead of time and we will try our very best to accommodate you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not providing any transportation to the ceremony. I would suggest uber or lift for a designated driver.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

I would recommend booking a hotel as soon as you can, the holiday season can make it a difficult time to find a room. There are some nice Air-BNBs as well. I would suggest trying groupon or trivago for some deals on rooms. Please check out our travel tab on the website to see our recommended hotels, most under 100 a night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is street parking as well as limited parking in the back of the venue. However if you will be partaking in the open bar we highly suggest that you find a DD or an uber/lift.
