I first met Esperanza at the office, where her warm smile and confident demeanor immediately attracted me. I felt a comforting connection right away. Fast forward to our first date—an enjoyable evening at a cozy restaurant surrounded by soft candlelight and delicious food. As we shared our meals, we laughed and engaged in great conversations. By the end of the night, I was certain that I had found “the one.” What I often think about is how easy it is to be myself around Esperanza. I could instantly imagine my future with her and saw myself marrying her. She loves to remember the special night when I introduced her to my family. It was Thanksgiving, and we stayed out until 3 in the morning dancing, laughing, and playing Uno with my siblings. I proposed to Esperanza on September 2, 2024, in beautiful Cancun. The beach, with its soft sand and the sound of the waves, made the moment feel magical. As I got down on one knee, the sunset created a stunning backdrop with bright colors in the sky. I saw a mix of surprise, joy, and love in her eyes. Although I am naturally prideful, I managed to keep the proposal a secret. However, there may have been subtle hints along the way. The thought of our future together brings us both so much joy and peace. We look forward to the memories we will create together, adding to our unique story filled with laughter, love, and God's guidance. We are very grateful for the love and support from our family and friends. We can't wait to celebrate our wedding with all of you and share the joy of this exciting time in our lives!
