What's the attire?

Answer

Our wedding will take place outdoors in the forest and will be mountain-formal attire. Think button-down shirts and slacks, flowy dresses, or jumpsuits. Dress up in something you love and feel great in, we're keeping it relaxed but camera-ready! Please note: the ground will be soft, so stilettos may not be the best choice. If you’d like some height, wedges or block heels are perfect!

Can I bring my amazing kids?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be a kid-free celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Are there ride share options from the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, Arizona Nordic Village is typically outside of the ride share option radius. We will have an end-of-party bus option running from 10 p.m - 12 a.m. with drop-offs at Basecamp at Snowbowl and Downtown Flagstaff. Uber and Lyft are available Downtown Flagstaff for easy convenience.

Question

I want to book at Basecamp at Snowbowl with the room block, but I need another night/only need one night. What do I do?

Answer

Call the property at (928) 774-0729 to assist with booking an additional night or to change the reservation to only one night. Availability is generally open, and they should be able to accommodate your request.

Is there anything else I should know?

Answer

We kindly request that wedding guests refrain from using their phones for pictures or video recording during the ceremony. We will have two wonderful photographers and we will be sure to share all photos from the night!
