FAQs

Question

Can we get our own one bedroom hotel room?

Answer

Unlike traditional hotels, the Tryall Club is known for gorgeous houses that come with full staff to make your trip the most enjoyable it can be. If you need to be put into a villa (you'll have your own bedroom and bathroom!), please let us know and we will get you into a villa with other people in our group.

Question

Is there a kitchen at our villa?

Answer

YES! The chef at your villa is there to make you whatever you want! They will make you breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and snacks in between if you wish. We would suggest getting in touch with the Villa staff before you go and letting them know the type of food you want. They will grocery shop for your villa once they know what meals you want and what food you want! They'll charge you for the groceries but all the cooking/etc is already included in your room stay. You do not need to lift a finger all weekend long in the kitchen!

Question

Do you tip your villa staff?

Answer

At the end of your trip, tipping is standard in your villa. Please tip 10-15% of the total stay in cash or they can charge it to your final bill. The staff at Tryall are amazing and there to make your trip perfect- no cooking, no cleaning, and they do your laundry every day!

Question

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Kids are not invited to any hosted wedding events.. If you are bringing your kids, please know there are nanny services there and a kids club! You can arrange this with the front desk before the wedding to lock in a sitter!

Question

Do we need to rent a car?

Answer

No! The Tryall Club will arrange airport transportation for your arrivals and departures. Once at Tryall, you will not need a car. Each villa comes with golf carts which is how you get around the resort. It is so fun to bop around to other villas on your cart or to the beach club and tennis courts!
