This is the closest airport, this is approximately 20 minute ride but it only has flights from John F Kennedy (JFK). The flights from JFK to AZS are only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Please arrange your flights to land into Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. This is the other airport closet to Samanas but this is a longer ride.
