A traditional Catholic ceremony needs to be held early enough to turn the church back over to the parish in time for Saturday evening Mass. Check out the Things To Do page for some suggestions of things to do during this time. If attending both will be difficult for you, you are more than welcome to attend just either the ceremony or reception. If you are attending the ceremony but not reception, please let us know when RSVPing.
Please wear cocktail attire. For women, this typically includes a knee-length or midi dress, a stylish jumpsuit, or elegant separates. For men, it means a suit or a blazer with slacks, a dress shirt, and a tie, paired with dress shoes. No jeans.
If your kids are listed on your invite, then yes, they are invited. However, if you wish to make this a kid free evening, you are more than welcome to make it a parents' night out.
