Día de muertos (day of the dead) will be that same weekend. Head over to downtown Santiago on Saturday to see an amazing celebration!

Do I need a covid test to go to Mexico?

No, but you will need one to come back to the U.S. there are many facilities where you can get this taken care of. I recommend a 24 hour facility: Alfa JMG Medical Center (Ave Benito Juarez 314 pte Gpe N.L. C.P. 67100 (83-55-69-00) Cost is approx $40 **If you stay at the grand fiesta americana you can get tested on site**
