Question

When should I rsvp By?

Answer

Please RSVP by Wednesday, August 21, 2025 by filling out the quick form on this website under the RSVP tab. It only takes a minute!

Question

Is There a Dress Code?

Answer

Yes, our dress code is Coastal Formal—think elevated beach wedding meets garden party. Flowy midi or long dresses in fun, soft and vibrant colors are perfect, and lightweight suits or jackets are welcome. Please note the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass so be mindful of heel choice.

Question

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’ve chosen to keep our celebration adults-only (unless otherwise noted on your invitation). We hope this gives you a chance to relax and enjoy your time.

Question

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one, it will be attached to your name when you RSVP.

Question

What Time Should I Arrive at the Ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts promptly at 5 PM. We kindly ask you arrive to the ceremony location 30 minutes early for pre-ceremony drinks and to ensure nothing is missed and everyone has a seat. There will be signs around the property and people helping direct you.

Question

Do I Have to Stay at the Rancho Bernardo Inn?

Answer

While you’re not required to stay with us, it’s highly encouraged! All wedding activities will take place on the property, and we’d love for you to relax and celebrate with us throughout the weekend. We've secured a room block at a discounted room rate— please visit the Accommodations section of the website for all the details.

Question

Should I Attend the Welcome Dinner and Farewell Bagels + Pool Day?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to join all the celebration events! Rehearsal Dinner: Dressy casual to cocktail attire – sundresses, skirts, or slacks and button-downs are great as we will be outside. Bagels + Pool: Join us at the Presidential Suite for bagels and more from 8:30am-10am. We will head over to the Family Pool at 11am. Casual and comfy – swimsuits, cover-ups, and poolside essentials. Towels provided. Don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat!

Question

What is the Weather like in San Diego During this Time?

Answer

Mid-September in San Diego usually brings beautiful, warm weather. Expect daytime temperatures in the mid-70s to low 80s °F, with cooler evenings in the 60s. It’s typically sunny and dry, but we recommend bringing a light layer for the evening breeze. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors — with dancing happening indoors later in the evening.

Question

Is There Parking At The Hotel?

Answer

Yes, overnight parking is $48 for Valet or there is Complimentary Self-Parking for the weekend.
