Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre
Famous concert venue that is surrounded by unbelievable rock formations. The venue is open to the public during the day for exploring surrounding hiking trails and the venue itself. 10/10 would recommend exploring.
The Denver Central Market | RiNo
Food Collective located in the River North district (RiNo). Lots of food options in addition to an entire street of breweries and bars. Fun for day or night time!
Golden, CO
Golden is one of our favorite places near Denver. A nice area for strolling, eating, and shopping. If you’re up for an adventure, you can rent tubes and float down the Clear Creek Canyon, which runs through the town. There is also a paved trail that goes along the length of the Clear Creek.
North Table Mountain Park West Trailhead
A popular hike located in the foothills of Golden, CO. If you want a challenge, you can start hiking up a steep 0.5mile incline to the top of the mesa for some beautiful views or if you prefer to keep it lower key start going clockwise on N Table Loop Trail. About a 15-20minutes drive from The Maven Hotel.
Sloans Lake Park
In the area of out first apartment! Sloan Lake is easy to access from the hotel and has plenty of parking. There is a paved path around the entire lake (approx 2.5 miles). Includes beautiful views of the mountains without leaving Denver.
Larimer Square | LoDo
Home of the famous twinkle lights and Colorado flags (for the gram). High end restaurants, shops, and bars. There is often live music playing on the weekends as well!
Coors Field- Colorado Rockies Baseball
The Colorado Rockies baseball team will be playing the San Francisco Giants at Coors Field a block from the Maven.
