We met when Jess was a freshman & Seth was a sophomore in high school. Mutual friends introduced them, Seth asked if Jess wanted to share a locker, and the rest is history. Thank goodness for good friends & River City volleyball!

On the best Sunday of our lives Seth told (forced) Jess off the couch to take Harper on a chilly walk. Very begrudgingly, Jess got off the couch, and thank goodness she did. Seth got down on one knee in their favorite park and popped the question. Little did Jessie know that Seth had arranged for the people closest to them (including Jessie's best friend and mom hiding on a park bench) to be close by. Jessie had always wanted family included in a day this special, and turns out Seth listens after all! Harper wore a bandana saying, "Will you marry my dad", Jessie's mom ran out from behind a tree, we all cried happy tears, and now we get to count down to January 2022!
