Outdoor fun at Fall Creek Falls State Park

Our dream for our wedding weekend was to have more than just a few hours to spend with our friends and family in a destination-style wedding. Fall Creek Falls State Park brings a lot to the table - sand volleyball, fishing, swimming, water falls, kayaking, hiking, biking, scenic drives, golfing, and more! We would love for you to come join us the day before our wedding, spend time with us, and enjoy the natural beauty! Jessie and Sarah planning on kayaking/canoeing around 1:30pm, and hiking around 2:30pm. Ceremony

5:30 pm

Our wedding ceremony is special - so special that it’s not on the park map! Known as the secret overlook, an unmarked trail will lead you into the forest, opening up to a view of the mountains, a waterfall, and our ceremony spot. Park in the Fall Creek Falls Waterfall Overlook parking area, and walk down the one way driving loop to the left of the parking lot. A tenth of a mile later, you’ll come upon a sign directing you to the trail and our ceremony spot! If you’re unable to walk this distance, please coordinate with us ahead of the wedding so that we can get you to our ceremony. There is not parking at this trailhead, so please do not drive onto the road - it’s a one-way loop that will eventually take you back to the parking lot.
