What is the event start time?

Answer

Kindly plan to arrive on time. We will begin the evening with Cocktails & Mingling promptly at 7:00 PM. As you know, Saturday traffic in Atlanta can be unpredictable, so please allow ample time for travel and parking. We kindly ask that you avoid “African time”—your timely arrival ensures we kick off the celebration as planned and enjoy every moment together. Thank you in advance for your punctuality. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my children to the celebration?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only event. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for childcare and join us for an evening of celebration and fellowship. Thank you for understanding!

The event will begin promptly at 8:00 PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive on time so we can make the most of this special evening together. Please plan ahead and allow extra time for Georgia traffic. We appreciate your punctuality!

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). It is the closest major airport and offers a wide range of flight options. From there, you will find several ground transportation and rental car options to get to your accommodations or the event venue with ease.

Are there hotel room blocks reserved for guests?

Answer

There are no reserved room blocks, but we have provided a list of recommended hotels near the venue on the Travel page to help with your planning. We encourage you to book early, as availability may vary.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, and no later than September 1, 2025, so we can finalize our planning. We truly look forward to celebrating with you!
