Question

Where should we fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Charleston International Airport. It’s approximately a 20–25 minute drive (about 12 miles) from SpringHill Suites by Marriott, depending on traffic.

Question

How should we get around?

Answer

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Charleston and are typically the easiest way to get around if you’re not renting a car. Expect rides between downtown, the hotel, and nearby areas to be relatively quick and convenient. If you’re planning to visit beaches or more remote areas, renting a car may give you a bit more flexibility.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

Guests will be staying all over Charleston, but we do have hotel blocks available at SpringHill Suites by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott for your convenience.

Question

What amenities do the hotels offer?

Answer

Our hotel options include great perks to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Many offer complimentary breakfast to start your day, as well as pools—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the Charleston sunshine.

Question

Is there anything happening the night before?

Answer

Yes—we’d love to see you there! Join us for a casual pre-wedding celebration at Salty Mike’s starting at 7:00 PM. It’ll be a fun, relaxed way to kick off the weekend with everyone.

Question

How far is the wedding venue from the hotel?

Answer

Hart Meadows Ranch is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from SpringHill Suites by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott, depending on traffic.

Question

Is transportation provided to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. Please be ready to depart by 3:50 PM, as the bus will leave promptly at 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 11.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re going for spring cocktail attire! Think light, festive, and coastal—linen suits, breezy sundresses, pastel colors, and florals are all perfect choices. We want everyone to feel stylish but comfortable for a spring celebration.
