Reese and Jessie met through Nathan and Blaire Fulmer. Reese was celebrating his cousin, Preston Adams, at his bachelor party. The guys were on their way back to Nathan and Blaire's house to continue the party. On the ride home, the guys were talking to Reese about a potential girlfriend. Reese joked about how he would need to know the girls credit score, five references, and other silly things. Nathan decided to call Blaire and ask these few questions about Jessie. What the guys were unaware of was that Jessie and Blaire were hanging out at Blaire's house. One of the first questions Reese asked Jessie was how she felt about beards. Jessie answered this question perfectly. Her answer was, "If he doesn't have a beard is he even considered a man"? The future couple passed briefly. They would see each other later that evening and have a good time getting to know each other. A week later at Preston's wedding, Blaire snuck Jessie a text message on Reese's phone and that was the beginning. Reese and Jessie communicated all day every day from that point. Reese and Jessie went on their first date on October 20, 2017. The couple would like to thank Nathan and Blaire Fulmer, Harley and Preston Adams, and Glenn and Kim Fulmer for assisting God's plan in placing them together so perfectly.

Jessie has never dreamed of a large wedding or even thought about being "princess" for a day. Jessie prefers to not be the center of attention. Reese has never dreamed of a large wedding and would be happy getting married at the court house. When Reese and Jessie first began talking about getting married and what they each preferred, it was a destination wedding. Reese and Jessie decided they wanted to elope rather than have a traditional wedding before they were even engaged. Once they became engaged they began looking into destinations where they could get married. Jessie wanted a beautiful landscape that would produce beautiful pictures and Reese wanted to get married in Charleston, South Carolina. After Reese and Jessie considered several locations they finally decided on Magnolia Plantation in Charleston, South Carolina. Reese and Jessie's relationship has been very private and personal. It only seems fitting that the wedding ceremony maintain that privacy. This was solidified by the rules and regulations set forth by Magnolia Plantations regarding an elopement. The couple hopes that family and friends understand and respect their wishes for a private ceremony. The couple will celebrate their nuptials on November 2, 2019 with family and friends at Janney Furnace.
