Best friend and little brother of the groom. Peter has an incredibly witty sense of humor and is one of the most level-headed, caring, and kind people I know. He’s one of those “cool” dads (to Svea) and an amazing husband to Andrea. Never a dull moment growing up with this guy. A confidante through thick and thin, he is my best man.

Ahhh… “Samwise Gamgee” (the real hero in the Lord of the Rings). A fitting name for this young gent and brother of the bride. Sam is a total dude. Gamer extraordinaire and too smart for his own good, he has an incredibly bright future ahead of him. I can’t get enough of this kid and can’t wait to call him my little bro!

He’s my older, wiser cousin who wears rad jerseys like none other, jumps from airplanes, and takes care of our troops as an Army doc in Italy. Yeah… I told you he was cool.

Bjorn (aka Petes aka Hollywood) beat me out as “most desirable date” in our high school senior class poles. I still hold a grudge, but it’s hard to argue with those results. On any given day ( and likely at any given time), you can find Erin and I wandering around the downtown skyway system with a Starbucks in hand. A fellow Target employee and old college roomie, Erin has been there for me through many significant life events (like the one time we almost got caught in a landslide together in the Himalayas). Erin is a loyal friend, a voice of reason, and an amazing listener. I can always count on Erin for a good word of advice and a fun adventure!

Fellow-half-marathon-finisher and long-time friend of the bride..Taylor and I go way back to third-grade travel soccer. She was more athletic than me back then, and she still is now (even as a new mama)! Taylor is gentle and compassionate and always there when you need her. Bonded by deep conversations and shared embarrassing moments.. I admire the way she loves her little family and cherish all the time I get with her and baby Ollie!

About 6 years ago, Nate asked if he could crash at my parents’ house for a few weeks … and he stayed a few years. He became a brother to me during that time. I hate to admit it, but he’s funnier than the rest of my funny friends (still arguable). Expect to see ridiculous moves on the dance floor. Oh and I forgot to mention, once upon a time he was in a nationally touring band called “Clear.”
