We look forward to seeing you! 💙🧡 This photo is at the reception area a couple of years ago. (This is how we dressed to attend a mountain wedding!)

You’ll park in grass like this—if it’s rained recently, it could be muddy—and walk up a grassy field to the main gate, which is pictured in the header photo on this page.
Cameo: Our dog Artie :)

Here’s an example of the types of gravel paths you’ll be navigating, as well as the grade of the hills on those gravel paths.

Here’s another example of the types of gravel paths onsite.

Entrance to Grove 1. It will be unrecognizable from this photo on the big day. From here, you can barely make out the boulder where the ceremony will take place; the path slopes down a hill from here.

The brown area is where the bleachers are, and the ceremony will be in front of the split boulder at the bottom. We recommend bringing a camp chair for maximum comfort.

This is the typical terrain in Grove 1, where the ceremony takes place.

This is the path we (Mark and Jessie) will take from the bottom of the grove after the kiss. You will start from farther up, where it’s a little less rough. Cameo: Our dog Karou! :)

After the ceremony, we will follow this path around the athletic field. The inner gravel circle (in the background) will be surrounded by canvas tents for the Highland games.

We’ll circle around the athletic field toward the reception on this outer path.

Then we’ll go down a slight hill here toward the reception tent, which will be in the bare-looking spot in the grass in the far background.

After the reception, you’ll head down this path back to your vehicle. The entire grassy area just past the fence is the parking area. Some cars will be parked pretty close to the fence.
