Float the River

11:00 am - 7:00 pm

This is an optional event planned for people that are already in town. A party bus will pick us up and take us to New Braunfels, TX where we'll spend the afternoon floating down the Guadalupe River! DETAILS: Meet and park at The Whip In (1950 S IH 35 Frontage Rd) any time between 11:00am and 12:15pm. For those of you with luggage, you can bring it with you and leave it on the bus for the entire day. PARTY BUS LEAVES AT 12:30pm SHARP! The cost is $50/Person — please Venmo: @laha_design or @jessie-lang beforehand. Beer, water, soft drinks and snacks will be provided and your float ticket is included. However, make sure to bring your own towel, sunscreen, bathing suit, waterproof shoes (required) and a change of clothes for afterward. The party buses can hold all of your stuff while we float. NO GLASS OR STYROFOAM PLEASE NOTE: We are keeping an eye on the weather. If it appears to be too cold to float, we have a Plan B in place and will keep you posted the week-of. So stay tuned!

Welcome Meet 'n Greet!

Smart Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and nice tops.

Stop by anytime between 7-10pm for a casual drink (or two) and help us kick off our wedding party weekend! Say hi and meet all of our family and friends. DETAILS: We will have a space reserved in the beer garden and our own private bartender! The event includes 1 drink ticket and light snacks. If the light snacks aren't enough, Scholz has delicious German food you can order! PARKING: There is another big event in the area so parking will be limited. We highly recommend ride-sharing, taxis and carpooling. FUN FACT: Scholz Garten is the oldest continuously-running establishment in Texas and very special to Jessie's family; her mom worked there, her parents met there, Jessie worked there as well as many of her family members who still work there!

Wedding Party

Smart Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and nice tops. Wear comfy shoes as the venue has various terrain.

Join us for our wedding party! Camp Congress is a fun and unique venue tucked away in the trees but just minutes from downtown Austin. Stop by any time between 5-10pm for backyard barbecue-like experience. Explore the renovated Airstream RVs, get lost amongst the trees and enjoy outdoor games, kegs, wine, and live music. ENTRANCE: Look for the Lantana Headquarters out front. The party is located behind that building. FOOD: Rudy's BBQ will be served from 6-8pm. And don’t worry, Vegan/Veggie friends, we’ve got you covered! BEVERAGES: Beer, wine, soft drinks and water will be provided. PARKING: Parking is extremely limited so please ride share, walk, or taxi to the venue. GIFTS: Please do not feel obligated to get us anything. Your presence is a big enough gift for us. If you do want to get us something, please consider that we are going to be traveling and will have limited space.

Rainey Street Bar Hopping

This is an optional event for those of you that are still in town (and alive after the party). We’ll be wandering around the adorable Rainey Street for some afternoon bites, cocktails and bar hopping. We will be starting at Lustre Pearl and head south. We recommend having brunch in small groups and then finding us for drinks afterward!
