Ceremony
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Semi-formal: Light colored semi-formal clothing reccomended for the warm, sunny weather expected.
The ceremony will be held outside in a beautiful garden area surrounded by nature. The ceremony will begin at 2:00pm so please arrive beforehand to get settled in.
Cocktail Hour
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Guests will make their way from the ceremony area to the cocktail hour/reception area just outside of the garden to enjoy some drinks, play yard games and talk with friends and family while the bridal party gets prepared to greet our guests. Cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by Tipsy Trailer, a mobile bar based in Snohomish that we worked with to create our bar menu for the wedding!
Reception
3:30 pm - 8:00 pm
The cocktail hour will transition into the reception area where we will be mingling, eating dinner, and dancing on the dance floor!
First Dance and Parent Dances
3:30 pm - 3:45 pm
At this time we will now begin with the bride and grooms first dance and transition into the parent dances.
Dinner
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Pompeii Wood-fired Pizza will be catering our wedding and bringing the wood-fired oven right to the venue! They will be providing multiple kinds of pizzas to choose from as well as charcuterie, caesar salad, caprese and fruit trays. There will be assigned seating for the dinner tables for a smooth transition so look out for our seating chart at the wedding!
Cake Cutting and Boquet Toss
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Time for the bride and groom to cut their cake! We will have delicious cupcakes for guests made by Jarren’s very talented mom. The flavors will include lavender lemon, raspberry champagne, and chocolate caramel.
Party Time!
5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Time to get our party on and visit with all of our incredible friends and family!
