Question

COVID-19 Concerns

Answer

2020 has been weird, and we're hoping that 'Rona won't crash our wedding, but we're prepared just in case. The Historic Mankin Mansion has taken the proper precautions to make sure everyone feels safe on our special day. There will be sanitizing stations throughout the property, they are able to practice appropriate social distancing, and masks are suggested, but not required so please feel free to bring one if it makes you more comfortable. If you're not feeling well or experiencing cold and flu symptoms leading up to the wedding, we kindly ask that you stay home and get well. We want to celebrate with you, but your health and safety are the most important.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Keep it casual and comfortable! We're going to be outside, so sundresses, khakis and light button-down shirts are perfect. Ladies - sandals and wedges are recommended - skip the stilettos!

Question

Where should I stay while I'm in town?

Answer

Check out the Travel page of our website for hotel information.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kids, we really do, but we want this to be your night off! If you can find a babysitter or leave them with the grandparents for the night, that would be best.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We want to celebrate with our nearest and dearest! If your invitation did not include a guest, then we would prefer if it was just you.

For all the days along the way
