Flight
Missoula is the closest airport at about one hour drive from Ronan. We recommend driving up to Ronan during the day to avoid wildlife and to get to see the incredible Mission Mountain Views.
Rental Car
For those needing both rental car and accommodations with a slightly adventurous spirit, check out outdoorsy.com They rent campers, camper vans and tow behind campers. They can be parked for free at the venue (it's a private residence) for the weekend or take yourself on a little camping vacation around western Montana. Happy camping!

It appears that Missoula is out of rental cars for July! If you are flying into Montana, we suggest looking at flying in to Kalispell (Glacier International Airport). The cost is slightly more but there are rental cars available and the distance is only 10 minutes farther.

Everyone is free to dry camp with tents or campers on the property the night before the wedding and the night of. There will be bathrooms available and a light breakfast of bagels, fruit, coffee and tea will be available the morning after the wedding.

Polson, MT is the town located on the south end of Flathead lake. It is about a 15 mile drive from the wedding venue. Check out VRBO and AirBnb.. It is a great way to enjoy your weekend to the fullest by enjoying the beauty of the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi.

Frank and I rented a room here one Christmas. It is a lovely hotsprings resort on the Clark Fork river with cabin rentals, hotel room rentals, a full bar, nice restaurant and epic views. It is about an hour drive from the wedding venue. Enjoy Montana the way locals do, by treating hotspringing as a verb and sport.

About a 10 minute drive to the venue, this lodge is connected to a cute coffee shop, restaurant and right next door to a Native American Museum.
Hotel
Hotel in Polson right on the lake. Frank and I enjoyed an evening of live music on their water front patio once upon a time. Theres a restaurant in house, a bar, multiple hotel rooms, and it's conveniently located on the water with a minimal distance to the wedding venue.
