Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, while we want you to be comfy, these are pictures we will look at for years to come and want them to stick with some form of theme. We would like for you to wear dark colors (think deep plum, maroon, black, grey, etc.) and please refrain from wearing jeans or sweatpants. When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than July 20th of 2024

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have made a registry here on Zola! We have lived together for quite some time so we do not need any physical items. We would happily accept contributions to our House fund to help us buy a home💜

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will send formal invitations with either a RSVP card or a QR code that show how many seats we have reserved for you. Please do not bring extra people as we will not have space or food allotted for them.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, our wedding is not the best place for them. We please ask that you find childcare for the evening. Everyone 13 and up is welcome at this event :)

What will your last name be?

Answer

We have decided to create our own last name together. We both love nature and wanted to honor my nana's maiden name, DeBusk, which means of the forest. We decided to go with Forrest as our last name. While this is a controversial idea, we both wanted to create a new name and a new family legacy as a symbol of our start as a married couple.

Why Today?

Answer

We officially made our relationship official on October 24th, 2021. While we would have loved to have that date for our wedding, it was a Thursday in 2024 and just would not allow for an awesome party
