FAQs

Question

When should I arrive in Italy

Answer

Your presence is requested at Borgo Castelvecchi from Thursday, May 7th, 2026 at 4pm through Sunday, May 10th, 2025 at 11am. Jessie and Drew will be arriving in Florence a few days before the celebrations begin to adjust to the time change. If you arrive early to Florence, we’d love to see you and will happily suggest some must-see sights and experiences!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Everyone is invited to stay on-site at Borgo Castelvecchi. Rooms are $100 per person, per night which comes out to $300 per person for your 3 night stay!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 10, 2026

Question

What meals will be provided?

Answer

Thursday, we will be providing a welcome pizza dinner. Friday and Saturday, we will be providing a light breakfast both days, lunches and dinners. Sunday, we will be providing a light breakfast before saying goodbyes! The restaurant on site will be busy preparing all the meals we have decided in advance and will not be available for additional snacks/meals. So please plan in advance if you wish to bring a snack or two with you!

Question

Are children welcome? Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, the name(s) on your invite envelope are the only guests who are included. We kindly request that nobody under the age of 18 is in attendance unless otherwise specified. If you have any questions, please reach out to Jessie and Drew.

Question

How will rooms be assigned?

Answer

The villas at Castelvecchi consist of many unique apartments and studios. We will do our best to place family and friends in apartments with one another. Most apartments that accommodate a higher number of guests have individual rooms and beds, but share bathrooms and a common living space. If you have a special request, please reach out to us, although not all requests can be promised.

Question

Do I need an adapter for the outlets? What about hair tools?

Answer

Yes, you will need to use the 2-prong Italian adapter or voltage converter. It is a good idea to grab a few of these for your travels (Amazon always has great options). Don’t forget to double-check that your hair tools are dual voltage before traveling internationally. If they’re not, even a converter or adapter may not prevent damage or malfunction!
