Stock the bar party

6:00 pm

Casual

We’re having a little pre-wedding get-together in February! There will be food, hanging out, and lots of laughs. If you’d like to help us out, bring a favorite beer or bottle of wine to help stock the bar for our May wedding. We’re doing it early so we have time to fill in whatever we still need before the big day!

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We can’t wait to celebrate surrounded by color. Please join us in Floral Cocktail Attire — bright hues, florals, and garden party elegance are warmly encouraged. To match our wildflower theme, we kindly ask guests to wear light or colorful tones and avoid dark shades. Gentlemen may opt for khakis or light dress pants (please no jeans) with a button-up shirt in a spring-inspired color. Cocktail hour and Reception to follow with an open beer and wine bar.

Cocktail hour

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Join us immediately following the ceremony for a casual outdoor cocktail hour. Guests can enjoy light hors d’oeuvres, water and refreshments, and a few yard games while we take photos and prepare for the reception. The cocktail hour will be approximately 60–90 minutes.

Reception

5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Following cocktail hour, guests will be invited to find their seats using the seating chart as we prepare for our entrance. We will make our entrance and share our first dance as husband and wife, followed by dinner. After dinner, we will share our father-daughter and mother-son dances, along with a brief time for toasts and well wishes from loved ones. Once these special moments conclude, the dance floor will open for the rest of the evening as we celebrate together with music from our DJ. An open bar serving beer and wine will be available throughout the reception.
