Our story began on August 8th, 2021 when we were both working at Walmart. Jessie had just ended her shift and Chance was beginning his. After gathering a few groceries, Jessie ended up going through Chance's line at checkout. Chance noticed the Stitch pin on her work vest which started a conversation about all things Disney. Our conversation had to end much too soon but we both left it feeling happier than we had ever felt before. This ended up sparking a beautiful friendship and it wasn't long before we both realized there was something much deeper between us. We continued to get to know each other as friends until January 8th, 2023 when Chance "took a chance" and asked Jessie to be his girlfriend. In that moment, Jessie knew she was saying yes to more than just being his girlfriend, she was saying yes to her future husband. Our friendship and love for each other continued to grow throughout the many adventures we had that year. From board game and Mario Kart nights to train rides and escape rooms, all leading up to our magical adventure at Universal Studios on November 6th, 2023 when Chance asked Jessie to marry him. We can't wait to see what else God has in store for us as we begin our greatest adventure yet as husband and wife.
