SeaTac (Seattle-Tacoma International Airport)! Our venue is in the forest near beautiful Mount Rainier and takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes to drive there from the airport. We recommend renting a car and/or carpooling.
There is no hotel block. Since our venue is more remote than most, we recommend booking an Airbnb closeby or checking out our "nearby accommodations" page for local suggestions.
We will be getting married at Wellspring Spa and Woodland Retreat in Ashford, Washington. The address is: 54922 Kernahan Rd E, Ashford, WA 98304
The reception will also be at Wellspring Spa! It will be a very short walk from the ceremony space to the reception tent. Dancing will follow!
Here is what to expect on our wedding day! 4:30-5:00: Wedding Ceremony 5:00-6:00: Cocktail Hour 6:00-7:30: Dinner + Toasts 7:30-10:00: Dancing!
Since our venue is space restrictive, we ask that only those whose names are on the invitation envelope attend. If you aren't sure who is included in your invitation you can check the "RSVP" page.
Yes! We are so excited to celebrate our love in one of our favorite places in the world - the Pacific Northwest forest! We do have a tent for dinner and other covered areas in case we are blessed with a lucky wedding day shower.
We just want you to be comfortable and happy! If we had to pick a category, our wedding would fall between cocktail and formal attire. An important note for anyone wanting to wear heels: this wedding is in the forest and there will be areas with soft earth, so we recommend against stilettos!
Please arrive between 3:30 and 4:00 so we can start our ceremony at 4:30.
There will not be transport to and from the venue. Please stay safe and make a plan!
There is a service road available specifically for guests in need of assistance getting to the ceremony. A car can drive directly to the ceremony space for accessible drop off.
We will be having a phone free ceremony! In order to help all of the guests and bridal party remain present (and to let our incredible photographer do what she does best) we ask that everyone keep their phones put away during the wedding ceremony. After that, go crazy!
Yes, you can RSVP here on our website via the "RSVP" tab.
We are currently only registered here on our wedding website. We are so grateful just to be able to celebrate with you, and anything extra is a bonus!
Absolutely! We highly recommend visiting Mount Rainier National Park, as it's only a five minute drive from the venue to the Nisqually entrance! We do want to point out that the Park has implemented timed entry to combat overcrowding, so if you choose to visit you'll need to sign up for a date and time here: recreation.gov/timed-entry/10101917 For more info on what you can do during your stay in Washington visit our "Things To Do" page!
