Question

What about COVID-19?

Answer

At this time, our wedding is going forward as planned and we’re excited to spend time with all of you. To increase safety, we are asking all guests to get themselves tested 1-3 days prior to attending the wedding. At-home tests are currently available to make this easier. Masks will also be available at the venue for anyone who would prefer to wear one. If you are no longer able or feel uncomfortable traveling or attending, we understand. Please let us know as soon as possible—no later than 1/1/22—so we can update our relevant vendors. We will update you if the circumstances change and are looking forward to celebrating together!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The couple will be providing transportation to and from the venue by bus from the Colonial Hotel in Gardner, MA. The bus will depart the Colonial Hotel at 3:30pm and will bring guests back to the hotel at the end of the reception (about 9:30pm). If you choose to stay elsewhere, please be prepared to find your own transportation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available for guests at Harrington Farm. In the event of a snowstorm, the owner will plow the parking lots and road leading up to the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive for the ceremony between 3:30-3:55 PM.
