Menu options for both starter and main are below, please indicate your preference for each course. 

Starters:
Fish - Salmon & prawn fishcake, pea puree, citrus and fennel salad 

Veggie - Burrata, dressed heritage tomatoes, basil pesto, rocket

Mains:
Meat - Dry aged Scottish beef sirloin steak, chips, Lagavullin whisky peppercorn sauce, slow roasted tomato
 
Veggie - Roasted aubergine balls, spicy tomato sauce, bulgar wheat salad, tahini coconut yoghurt, herb and lemon dressing (FYI this is delicious!!!)
